What we collect and why

Your name, company, email, optional phone number and message are used to respond to and manage your enquiry. The enquiry is stored in the website’s contact database and may subsequently be recorded in SLC’s contact management system. We also record the submission date, consent wording and notice version. Required fields enable us to handle the enquiry. Providing a phone number is optional.

Legal basis and choice

Processing this form enquiry is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw it at any time by emailing us, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal. This consent does not cover newsletters, unrelated marketing or sale of your details. No automated decisions or profiling are made from this form.

Access, providers and transfers

Access is restricted to SLC’s authorised administrator. The website and enquiry database use Sites hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure. Resend processes enquiry details to deliver an internal email alert to SLC. These providers may process data as service providers. Any international processing must be covered by the applicable data processing terms and lawful transfer safeguards. We do not sell your details.

How long we keep enquiries

We retain enquiries while needed to respond and follow up on the request. SLC must periodically review open enquiries and delete details when no longer necessary. Where a business relationship begins, applicable contractual and legal retention obligations may apply. You can request deletion or withdraw consent using the contact above.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and exercise applicable objection rights, by emailing info@slcmarketgrowth.com. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity. You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

The contact form itself adds no analytics or advertising cookies. Separately, optional Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after you accept analytics.
